Digital Petra has a library of playbooks that we can share with you to further your learning. You can also connect with your trainer via their LinkedIn profile, which will be shared with you.
Can I get recordings of the online training sessions? Do the recordings expire?
Our online classes are not recorded by default. We can, however, record a particular session for you if this is requested in advance. The recording will be made available to us 24 hours after the session is completed, so please contact the team thereafter to advise of the best email address we can forward this to. You will then be sent a link to access both the course materials and recordings.
Please note that recordings for your training will expire after 6 weeks.
What is a post-training evaluation form and what do you do with the feedback I provide?
After your course, you will receive a post-training evaluation form. This form will only take a few minutes of your time, and upon completion, you will be sent an email with a link to download the course slides that were delivered by your trainer. Feedback received by delegates is really important to us as it enables us to continue improving upon the success of our courses. The short form gathers delegate feedback on the course content, the venue, trainer and your overall training experience.
Please note, feedback results remain anonymous and will be shared only with trainers and the venue, to give an insight into performance.
Will I receive a certificate and when?
Yes, you will receive a certificate as proof of your attendance on the course. This will be sent to you 48 hours after the course via the email you have provided us. You will be able to download your certificate as a PDF and share it on your LinkedIn page.
What help will I receive after the training? How can I continue my learning?
After your course, you will receive access to the training materials upon completion of a post-training evaluation form. In addition to this, you will be able to join the Digital Petra Facebook Alumni group via a link that will be sent to you. There you can expect to take advantage of:
