You may want to bring a laptop with you so that you are able to follow along with live examples and log on to various platforms. For all Social Media, Digital Marketing and Google Analytics courses, we also recommend you bring login details to any company pages you manage.​​ Wi-Fi will be available at the training venue free of charge.
We also recommend bringing a form of ID to public workshops in case of security checks when signing in at the venue.

For all public workshops, please arrive between 9:30-9.45am; training will start promptly at 10:00am, with regular breaks throughout the day, including lunch. Training will end at 4:30pm with a Q&A session which wraps up at 5:00pm.

For all public workshops, each day of training follows a set itinerary, with tea, coffee and refreshments provided throughout.

For public workshops taking place in the US, our catering provider is Panera Bread. There will be a selection of healthy sandwiches and a variety of snacks including cookies, fruit and chips available. Please advise Digital Petra of any dietary restrictions you have no later than 48 working hours prior to the start of your course, to ensure these needs can be accommodated.

For public workshops taking place in the UK, catering is provided onsite by the venue. Please advise Digital Petra of any dietary restrictions you have no later than 48 working hours prior to the course start date, to allow enough time for the venue to be advised and these needs can be accommodated.

There is no dress code; you can expect a relaxed learning environment.
