Your order will be reviewed by our Finance team and within 24 hours (Monday – Friday), the billing contact will receive an invoice or credit card receipt, depending on the method of payment selected. Two weeks before the course start date, each attendee will receive a ‘welcome’ email (for in-person workshops) or ‘joining instructions’ (for virtual training), along with a couple of reminder emails/SMS messages if a mobile number has been provided. The welcome email will confirm the venue address, timings and any other important information. The joining instructions email will contain a link to join the Zoom meeting where the course will be hosted, and instructions on how to register. You will only need to register once with the login details provided to you to be able to sign in for all the sessions.

Following your registration, you’ll receive the Zoom learning platform download and login details. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to download Zoom ahead of the course. All you need is a computer with internet access, headphones, a webcam and microphone.

All registered attendees will receive a welcome email two weeks prior to the course start date. This email will confirm the final details for the training workshop, including the address of the confirmed training venue, timings and itinerary for the day. A venue sheet will also be provided with further travel advice and parking information, where applicable.
Our venue choice is determined by the number of delegates registered for the course and subsequently, we don’t confirm venues more than two weeks before a class is due to take place. We like to keep our training sessions small with 8 delegates in attendance on average, as this helps us to ensure an intimate learning environment and a space that is right for the confirmed number of delegates.

Please note, in some circumstances we are obliged to change the date of our courses and, as such, we recommend that you do not book travel or accommodation until you receive the welcome email.

Our online courses are a way to learn without needing to attend the workshops in person. online and in-person workshops follow the same synopsis and course content. Each online session emulates a classroom experience, with a live trainer delivering the program. Taking place on Zoom’s interactive learning platform, the live trainer-led sessions, will include discussions, debates and the opportunity to take part in group exercises with fellow course participants.
The Zoom learning platform allows for direct contact with the trainer and other attendees, and like our in-person workshops, the Online Training programs are kept small, with between 4 – 14 people in attendance. There are 4x sessions of 2.5 hours across 2 consecutive weeks, running on a Tuesday and Thursday. Please note, the number of sessions vary for some recruitment, and streams online classes.

For all Social Media, Digital Marketing and Google Analytics courses, we recommend you bring login details to any company pages you manage. Whilst the trainer may demonstrate from their own business accounts, or use a dummy account for examples, we would recommend you follow along via your own company profile.

The importance of a Skills Assessment form is to help give the trainer an idea of what is expected by delegates in terms of their business and training requirements.

The survey results are sent to the trainer ahead of the course, providing them with the job titles and industry sectors of each attendee. From the surveys, the trainer will be made aware of the skill-sets of all delegates due to attend, and their training objectives to enable them to observe focal points of the training materials.
